Bbull Alpha-X Level Control System

The Bbull Alpha-X level control system inspects transparent or opaque glass containers, plastic, PET and cans. It is suitable for products such as beer, spirits, soft drinks, water, juices, oil and chemicals.

The Bbull Alpha-X system uses a 1 mm x-ray beam that penetrates the container to verify that the product reaches the correct fill level. Its high-precision digital inspection distinguishes between underfill and overfill with separate reject bridges and is suitable for installations where foam may occur.

The Windows 10-based operating system ensures stable and reliable performance across all applications and can inspect:

  • Bottles with crown caps or other metal closures
  • Beverage cans
  • Food cans

The Alpha Line control unit manages both fill level verification and closure integrity.

Alpha Line controls the different sensors and enables complete inspection of products in the beverage sector.

Through its intuitive HMI, up to 14 sensors can be connected and managed for fill level Alpha-X and closure integrity Alpha CIS in a cascade system.

The unit is easy to install on existing lines and is height-adjustable for quick format changeovers.
