Pulse Inflex Metal Detector

Metal detector for pumped food products

The Pulse Inflex metal detector for inspecting pumped food products is designed for the quality control of high-viscosity foods such as minced meat, sausage mixtures, marzipan, sauces, and soups. It is ideal for integration with stuffers, fillers, or transfer pumps, ensuring reliable detection of metallic contaminants even under high-pressure flow conditions. Thanks to M-Pulse2pro technology, the system ensures maximum sensitivity and measurement stability, with vibration and product-cluster filtering functions to minimize false rejects. Its stainless-steel IP69K-rated structure makes it suitable for demanding production environments and frequent washdown operations. The Inflex 65-3 model can be adjusted in height (950–1250 mm) via a handwheel and is compatible with all major filler brands. The system can be equipped with different automatic reject valves or a direct connection to the stuffing machine. Alternatively, when metal contaminants are detected in pumped products, the cycle can be paused to allow manual removal of the affected material. The high-strength stainless-steel product pipe withstands pressure up to 55 bar (40 bar for rotary valves) and is available with RD 80 × ¼” or standard HP connections. The entire structure is mounted on wheels and easily movable, allowing quick adaptation to different production lines.
