The Domino K300 digital printer has been developed to offer versatility and high print quality across a wide range of applications. Its monochrome high-resolution variable data printing capabilities (600 dpi) are ideal for 2D code printing, and can be integrated inline into the production process, if needed.

The Domino K300 digital printer is a new platform that inherits the reliability of the Domino K-Series, but features an advanced high-speed architecture to support the latest printing technologies. With speeds up to 250 meters per minute, the Domino K300 digital printer is ideal for adding unique codes and batch information to pre-printed materials, reducing the need for packaging inventory and allowing cost-effective short runs with fast turnaround times.

The Domino K300 can be used for late-stage personalization directly on the production line, either applied directly to the product or overprinted on pre-printed material, offering greater flexibility in the production process.

Editor Starlight

The Editor® Starlight variable data printing controller uses an intuitive graphical interface based on Windows Embedded Standard that operators will find extremely easy to use. Editor® Starlight supports in-line inkjet printing of 2D codes, barcodes, numbering, addressing and personalisation, combining ease of use with modular machine control functions.

The Editor® Starlight controller has been designed specifically to be intuitive and easy to use. The layout editor makes it easy to build print set-ups using images, text, barcodes and other variable fields. The WYSIWYG layout (what you see is what you get) ensures that what appears on screen is a faithful representation of the final result. If you are looking for a digital printer controller that is easy to use, this is the solution for you.

Fully Unicode compatible, Editor® Starlight accepts all the data file formats commonly used in the industry, including text files, BMP, CSV, DBF and JPG. A single-page PDF can be used as a background image on which to place variable fields for variable data printing (VDP).

Setting up addresses, removing blank lines and adding a barcode or a Data Matrix code from the extensive library of industry-standard codes could not be simpler: just select and drag it into the layout.
