The Aicon Pipe system is designed for the X-ray inspection of products pumped through pipelines, such as doughs, creams, sauces, yoghurt, minced meat, condiments or pet food. It is the ideal solution for identifying solid contaminants inside liquid or semi-liquid products, guaranteeing process safety before packaging. Thanks to the use of high-sensitivity sensors and an advanced image processing system, Aicon Pipe makes it possible to detect metals, glass, stones, calcified bone and dense plastics in real time, even in high-flow-rate streams. Inspection takes place directly in the pipeline, without interrupting the product flow. This makes it possible to intercept any contaminants immediately after the mixing or grinding stage, preventing them from reaching the filling systems or damaging downstream equipment. The system can be integrated into lines with pumps, homogenisers and three-way valves, adapting to different pipe diameters and production configurations.
