Starting this year, the portal is enhanced with ai.max, an artificial intelligence system available 24/7, designed to support you in managing and resolving anomalies on your machines and to give you the possibility to open a ticket with priority response.

If you do not have connectivity at your facility, you can reach ai.max even with a simple phone: it will answer you and help you resolve support issues.
