Pulse2 KRS Metal Detector

Accurate and compact metal detection for free-falling food products

The Pulse2 KRS metal detector by Pulsotronic is designed to inspect free-falling, granular, or powdered food products such as spices, flour, cereals, or dry ingredients. It can be installed between the dosing system and the flow-pack machine or directly along vertical conveying pipes, ensuring precise inspection even in limited production spaces. The ring-shaped structure and compact design ensure seamless integration into existing production lines, while FDA-certified materials guarantee food safety and hygiene. When the bulk product passes through the sensor, the M-Pulse2pro control electronics detect any metallic contaminants, differentiating between ferrous and non-ferrous metals and automatically compensating for product effect. The product tube, made of FDA-approved plastic, is tool-free removable for fast and easy cleaning. The remote control unit, connectable via cable up to 5 m, can be positioned ergonomically and includes visual and acoustic alarms to signal detection events.
