Pulse2 Inline Metal Detector

Metal detector for detecting metals in liquid or semi-liquid products

The Pulse2 Inline metal detector by Pulsotronic is designed for the detection of metallic contaminants inside liquid, semi-liquid, creamy or pasty products during the pumping process. Thanks to its compact stainless-steel structure and Tri-Clamp or milk-thread connections, it can be easily integrated into existing lines, even in limited spaces. The system is available with diameters from 40 to 150 mm and can be equipped with different reject valves depending on the product type and flow rate. The product flowing through the pipe is analyzed by the sensor to detect the presence of ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless-steel metals. In the event of detection, the contamination is automatically identified and separated via the reject valve. The Pulse2 Inline Pulsotronic metal detector ensures accurate inspection of liquid, pasty or semi-liquid products, with automatic detection and instant removal of contaminants. Its modular design allows easy integration into existing production lines, while the use of food-grade materials, a high protection rating and reduced downtime guarantee full compliance with quality standards.
