Pulse2 – Pulse3 Metal Detector Systems

Inspection systems with integrated conveyor and metal detector

The Pulse2 – Pulse3 metal detector systems are designed for the inspection of packaged or loose food products, ensuring the highest precision in the detection of metal contaminants. Thanks to their next-generation digital electronics and fully hygienic design, they provide the ideal quality control solution for food production environments. Each system combines the Pulsotronic M-Pulse2pro or M-Pulse3 detection head with an integrated conveyor belt, available in different lengths and widths according to product type and line configuration. Every system is custom-built to meet specific production needs, ensuring a continuous, stable inspection flow fully compliant with IFS, BRC, and HACCP standards. The three-coil detection principle allows the system to distinguish metal signals from product effect and vibration interference, significantly reducing false rejects. The result is accurate inspection even on moist, conductive, or metallized-packaged products, maintaining maximum line efficiency. The system is available with different automatic reject mechanisms — including pusher arm, retracting belt, or air jet — and can be configured to detect ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless-steel contaminants. The IP65 stainless-steel frame, adjustable height, and open design simplify cleaning and maintenance, allowing easy integration into any packaging line.
